HOW THE BRIDGE IS FUNDED

The Bridge is a non-profit charity which is run by a small team of committed staff. Our support financially is raised through a combination of grants and private donations from individuals or businesses. The Bridge operates under the Oasis Church Birmingham, though its accounts are kept very separate from the churches and all money given to the Bridge is used exclusively for the Bridge.

We are passionate about continuing to improve and expand the work we do; supporting people in our city struggling against addictions and seeing real life-change and freedom for them.

2015 Annual Report

CURRENT SITUATION

In the current economic climate we are reliant, more than ever, on the generous giving of private supporters and business to continue. In 2009 88% of our budget was met solely through government donations, in 2009 this dropped to 50% and for this financial year we are facing a further increase in the shortfall. In addition, the role of the Bridge within in the city becomes increasingly crucial against a backdrop of other service providers who are being forced to close.

If you are interested in being part of this journey, and would like to support us in this work we would really value your involvement. Futher information is provide on the donate pages, or you can get in touch directly on 0121 6630103.
